When security is critical, Alltronic Security Group is relied on. We earn that trust the same way every time: committed to your security from first consultation to last service call.
Commercial security systems are comprehensive business and operational tools. They increase safety, protect assets, improve operational efficiency and provide the evidence base for compliance and insurance.
A commercial security system is a platform: integrated, intelligent and built around the way the site actually operates.
Monitored alarms and perimeter security, designed for the site and looked after for its lifetime.
Follow a face across vast public spaces, count people, detect a fall on the warehouse floor, flag a threat in a car park before anyone on site sees it.
Wired into the business systems behind it. Enrol a new staff member or guest, set the right access, all from one platform.
Monitored alarms, perimeter security and after-hours coverage. Designed, installed and monitored from an A1 Grade alarm monitoring facility.
Small to medium commercial sites. Single-location businesses.
User-friendly access for staff and contractors. Credentials simple to issue and revoke. Clear administration of who has access, where, and when.
Medium commercial sites managing staff and contractor access. Childcare, hospitality, professional services.
Intrusion, access and CCTV on one platform. Activity logged across the site, with reporting that reveals operational patterns, not just incidents.
Multi-site operators. Larger commercial premises. Manufacturing, council and government where audit trails matter.
Behavioural analytics, people-counting, anomaly detection, facial recognition, automated event responses, API integration into business systems.
Retail and hospitality with operational analytics needs. Unmanned or low-staff sites. Government and enterprise.
Corner Store 24 is the first 24/7 unmanned grocery store of its kind to open in Australia, running on one integrated platform. No on-site staff. Customers sign up once, and from then on the store knows them when they arrive.
Three systems, Suprema BioStar for access control, Hanwha Vision Wave for video management, and Veesion for AI behavioural analytics, operate as one.
Cameras run continuous behavioural analysis throughout the store. When the system flags an event, it responds instantly and automatically.

In any given week, 80.3% of the clients we work for are people we already know. Help Enterprises has been with us since the early 1990s. Relationships of 20, 25, even 30 years are not unusual.
New clients arrive every day, but they arrive into a business whose strength is the partnerships it has built, deepened and held onto across decades. Every system we install, we expect to still be servicing in 10 and 20 years’ time. That expectation shapes how we design, how we install, and how we service every system through its working life.

The questions worth answering before the conversation, written by the team who installs and services these systems every day across South East Queensland.
Commercial alarm systems are designed for sites where the consequences of a missed event are operational, not just personal. The hardware is rated for harsher environments. Zone configuration matches the way the building actually operates, receptions, warehouses, server rooms, after-hours service entries each treated differently. Reporting and event logs are built to support insurance audits and compliance evidence. Back-to-base monitoring through an A1 Grade alarm monitoring facility is standard.
Commercial access control covers everything from a single keypad on one door through to biometric and mobile credential management across a multi-site portfolio with API integration into HR and customer systems. The right system for a site depends on three things: how many people need access, how often that access changes, and what other systems the access control needs to talk to. A small commercial site might run a card system with simple administration. A larger site benefits from biometric credentials, mobile access, audit logging and integration with intrusion detection, CCTV and HR onboarding. Alltronic installs and services access control systems across this range, including the recent Corner Store 24 integration that runs autonomous customer access on Suprema BioStar X.
Commercial security pricing reflects four things: site complexity, the level of integration required, the equipment selected, and the level of ongoing service. A foundational install for a single small commercial site, with intrusion detection, a small CCTV array and back to base monitoring, sits at one end of the range. A multi-site integrated platform with AI-driven analytics, biometric access and API-driven business integration sits at the other. Most commercial work falls between, with the cost driven by how many doors, how many cameras, how many sites, and what the system needs to do beyond detection. Alltronic provides clear scope and transparent pricing after a site assessment.
A commercial site running CCTV, alarms and access control as separate systems is a site running three platforms that don’t talk to each other. An integrated commercial security system shares events across the platform: a triggered alarm pulls relevant camera feeds, a door event correlates with the person who used the credential, an after-hours motion event flags whether the right people are on site. Integration also means one point of accountability for maintenance, one platform to learn, and one set of reports for compliance and audit. Alltronic designs commercial security systems as integrated platforms wherever the site supports it, with separate-component installs reserved for sites where integration is not yet warranted.
The questions we hear most often. If yours isn’t here, a five-minute phone call is usually the fastest way through.
With a phone call or email. A senior technician then visits the site, walks it with you, and listens. Scope, options and pricing follow in writing, never on the day, never under pressure.
Yes. We don’t quote commercial work without standing on the site, so the visit is part of how we do the job properly. No obligation either way.
Within one business day for an initial conversation. Site assessments are usually booked inside the following week for South East Queensland sites.
Yes, as project manager. Direct service runs Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich, Redlands, Moreton Bay and the Sunshine Coast. Beyond that, we manage a contractor network to keep multi-state portfolios consistent under one accountable contractor.
A small single-site install can be completed in a day or two. A multi-system integrated build with access control, CCTV, intrusion and structured cabling typically runs across one to four weeks of on-site work, scheduled around how the site operates.
Not by design. We scope around the way the building runs, out-of-hours, staged areas, temporary credentials where they help. Most clients keep trading or operating throughout.
Yes. Security Licence 4226262, Electrical Licence 84729, plus structured cabling and data registrations. Design, installation, cabling and commissioning all sit under one accountable contractor.
Inner Range, Suprema, Bosch, Gallagher, Honeywell, Axis, Ajax, Akuvox, Hanwha and others where the site warrants it. Brand selection follows the site, never the other way around.
Yes. Back to base monitoring runs through an ASIAL A1 Grade Australian control room, 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
Scheduled preventive servicing, firmware and configuration management, batteries and consumables, audit-grade event logs, and a single technical contact who knows your site. Cadence is set to suit the system and the site.
Events are actioned by the control room in seconds. We coordinate the appropriate response for the event, which can include dispatching a patrol officer to the site, contacting nominated key-holders, alerting on-call technicians, or escalating to police where the situation calls for it. On-site technician and patrol response timing depends on service tier, location and time of day, agreed in writing as part of the service agreement.
