Events are verified against multiple inputs before anyone is dispatched, which keeps false callouts down and means a real response when it counts: after hours, over holiday shutdowns, and any other time nobody is on site. Monitored systems also report in daily, and our technicians check those signals, so a comms fault or flat battery is found by us, not discovered during a break-in.

CCTV monitoring adds eyes to the response: when an alarm event triggers, footage from your cameras helps verify what is actually happening on site before a patrol or the police are committed. We install 4G reporting as standard on every monitored commercial alarm, so the system keeps talking to the control room if the internet drops or the NBN fails. Backup batteries keep alarms and cameras running through power cuts, including deliberate ones.
