Hanwha CCTV is the video surveillance range of Hanwha Vision, the South Korean manufacturer behind the Wisenet camera line. Formerly Samsung Techwin, then Hanwha Techwin, the company took its current name in 2023 and has built cameras for more than thirty years. Alltronic is an authorised Hanwha installer. We specify Hanwha where the site demands it: commercial premises where image quality, on-camera intelligence and a documented security posture decide the outcome.

Three things separate Hanwha from the volume CCTV brands. The cameras are engineered in South Korea and manufactured in Korea and Vietnam, with a supply chain that stands up to procurement scrutiny. The company’s cybersecurity record is documented: ISO 27001 certified, an authorised CVE Numbering Authority, and SOC 2 Type 1 attested for its cloud services, with hardware-level certifications on specific models. And the AI runs on the camera itself, so detection and search work from day one without a rack of analytics servers.
That combination is why Hanwha turns up in tender specifications for government, education, healthcare and corporate sites, and why we build it into so many of our commercial security camera systems.

The Hanwha Wisenet range is the camera family, and the letter on the model tells you where it sits.
The working core of most commercial systems: domes, turrets and bullets with essential AI object classification, built to be specified in numbers across a site.
The flagship AI line, rebuilt on Hanwha’s Wisenet 9 chipset in 2025. Extreme low-light performance, vandal-rated housings, and the full WiseAI analytics set on the camera.
The premium end: ultra-high resolution up to 26MP, multi-directional and long-range PTZ models for car parks, perimeters and large open sites.
Thermal cameras with AI object detection, panoramic and multi-sensor units that cover wide areas from a single point, and explosion-proof and stainless housings for harsh environments.
Every current Wisenet AI camera classifies what it sees: person, vehicle, licence plate, face. On top of that sit the operational tools: people counting, vehicle counting, queue management, heatmaps, crowd counting, slip-and-fall detection and sound classification. Because detection happens at the edge, alarms are triggered by classified objects and footage is searchable by what is in it. WiseStream III compression keeps 4K streams from swamping your network and storage. For vehicle capture at gates, boom arms and carparks, Hanwha builds licence plate recognition into dedicated camera models, and the same on-camera intelligence drives the AI security cameras and video analytics we engineer into commercial systems.
Wisenet WAVE is the video management software (VMS) we deploy on Hanwha systems. It puts the cameras’ onboard analytics to work: forensic search across the whole site, event-based alerts, drag-and-drop layouts, and access from desktop, mobile or browser. It runs on Windows, Linux or macOS, scales from four cameras to multi-site systems, and carries an open API for integration with the rest of the building. That flexibility is proven on our own work: Corner Store 24, the first 24/7 unmanned grocery store of its kind to open in Australia, runs Wisenet WAVE as its video platform alongside access control and AI behavioural analytics.
BLAZE is Hanwha Vision’s new-generation video management platform, released to the Asia-Pacific region in 2026. It pairs on-premises recording with cloud-based federation, so multi-site operators manage every location, user and health alert from one place. Its search is the step change: Similarity Search tracks the same person across Wisenet 9 cameras and processes the visual data locally within the system, and Semantic Search on selected BLAZE appliances lets operators find footage by describing it in plain language. Pre-licensed appliances take the licensing admin out of deployment. As Hanwha’s platforms evolve, we design systems so the recording layer can move with them.
Alltronic is an authorised Hanwha installer, designing and installing Hanwha CCTV across Brisbane and South East Queensland since 1992, with systems supported nationally. Every system starts with a site walk: camera positions chosen for evidence quality, the right series matched to each position, and the recording platform sized to the site. Our technicians hold security and electrical licences, and the same team that installs the system services it.

I’ve been using Alltronic Security Group for about three years for my home CCTV and duress alarm system and couldn’t be happier with the service, product quality, and professionalism. Reliable companies like this are hard to find, so I highly recommend them and will continue using their services.Posted on Google![]()

Requested to install security system initially with only one camera. This was completed very efficiently. Any issues with Wifi were resolved to make it work. Further to above we requested additional cameras which were completed and they checked every step of the way if we were happy with location and position. Again one camera location was setup with minimal access back to base with there in depth knowledge of how to make the system work. We thank Shane and Flynn for what they have achieved on our site. Highly recommend them.Posted on Google![]()

I recommend Alltronic! I contacted Alltronic (as I prefer to support local businesses) to reconnect an existing intercom system. They were honest and told me I probably didn't need this done as the door installers would likely do this, but that I can call back if the door installers can't reconnect the intercom/strike connection. The quoted fees to do a reconnection seemed reasonable and the staff very helpful and thorough. When I do need intercom or security needs, I will definitely call Alltronic. Emily was my contact person and she followed up on all my enquires and liaised with the door installation contractor.Posted on Google![]()

Shane and the team installed smoke and motion detectors, door and window beams, internal and external camera's, sirens and a fob entry system to our new facility. The installation was completed without any disruption to our operations and handover training provided us with the confidence to manage the new systems immediately. We now have confidence that our facility and operations are secured. This is the second installation Alltronic Security Group has provided and due to their professionalism and market competitiveness I will contract them again when the need arises.Posted on Google![]()

Hanwha Vision, a South Korean manufacturer within the Hanwha Group. The business began as Samsung Techwin, became Hanwha Techwin in 2015, and was renamed Hanwha Vision in 2023. The Wisenet name has carried through all three eras.
No. Hanwha cameras are engineered in South Korea and manufactured in Hanwha’s own factories in Korea and Vietnam. For projects where supply chain is a procurement condition, that distinction matters.
Q is the commercial core: capable AI cameras specified in volume. X is the flagship AI line on the latest Wisenet 9 chipset. P is the premium tier for demanding positions: ultra-high resolution, multi-sensor and long-range PTZ. Most sites mix series, matching each camera to its position.
BLAZE is Hanwha Vision’s hybrid AI video management system, new for 2026. It combines on-premises recording with cloud federation for multi-site management, and adds AI-driven search, including natural-language search on selected appliances.
