Most homes have more than one way in. A single intercom can answer the front door and the driveway gate, ring through to a wall station inside and to your phone, and release whichever entry the visitor is standing at. A delivery at the gate, a guest at the door, a family member who forgot a key, all handled from wherever you are.
Because the system connects over Wi-Fi to an app, calls ring to your phone, you see the camera, speak to the caller, and let them in, from the sofa or from work.
For the front door, we install the Ajax wireless video doorbell. Being wireless, it fits without running new cabling, and because it is part of the Ajax system it does more than a standalone doorbell: the same app runs your doorbell, your cameras and your alarm, and a press at the door can sit alongside the rest of your home security rather than in a separate app of its own.
You see and speak to whoever calls, day or night, and answer from anywhere. For a home already running Ajax, or planning to, the doorbell is one more device on a system you already control. The doorbell shares the app with your alarm system and security cameras, so the whole home works as one.
For homes on acreage, behind a gate, or set back from the street, the intercom moves to the boundary. A gate station lets you identify and speak to a visitor at the driveway and release the gate without walking down to it, and the same system can carry through to the front door behind it.

Every install is designed to the house first: which entries to cover, where stations go, and how the system fits the way the household comes and goes.
