Inner Range builds unified security platforms: access control, intruder alarm, video and building automation managed through one system, in what Inner Range calls a single pane of glass. One platform means one set of hardware, one interface for your staff to learn, and one accountable system behind every door, sensor and camera on the site. Inner Range systems also carry no lock-in software licence fees. You pay once and use the software for life, which over the years of a commercial system’s service is a genuine difference in total cost. The whole range is designed and made by an Australian company for Australian sites, and it is sold through certified installers only, so every system is specified and programmed by qualified technicians.
Inception is Inner Range’s professional platform for small and medium commercial sites: offices, retail, warehouses and medical suites, and it carries the same pedigree into high-end homes. It runs intruder alarm and access control together in one controller, administered through a web browser with no software to install and no licence fees, and its guided setup makes everyday tasks simple for people who aren’t security specialists. Users, doors and areas are managed from any web-enabled device, with the SkyCommand app for control and alerts on the move. The intruder side connects to professional back-to-base monitoring, so a business running Inception gets its doors, alarm and monitoring handled as one system with one company behind it. For a growing business, an Inception system covers the essentials properly and integrates with video management when the site needs it.
Integriti is the enterprise platform: built for larger sites and multi-site organisations running thousands of doors, cameras and users across locations. Daily operation runs through Integriti’s GateKeeper software, where operators manage cardholders, monitor alarms, control doors and view integrated CCTV from one screen. Reports that commercial operations actually use are built in: muster reports listing everyone on site, time-on-site and attendance reports, and user permission audits. Every programming change is logged in a forensic audit trail that can be rolled back, and the software grows through three editions as the organisation does.
Integriti monitors and controls the movement of people and vehicles across a site on an industry-leading permission system. Credentials run from SIFER cards and fobs, built on the MIFARE DESFire EV3 format with site-specific encryption, through to mobile phone credentials and facial recognition. PrismaX and EliteX keypads arm areas, acknowledge alarms and control doors at the wall.
Integriti connects to more than 120 building and security systems natively: number plate recognition on the carpark gate, lifts, intercoms, visitor management, mobile duress, lighting and fire systems among them. For a commercial site this is the difference between owning several systems and running one.
Inner Range’s earlier Concept 4000 platform is still working hard in buildings across Brisbane. We service and support existing Concept systems, and when a site is ready we plan the upgrade to Inception or Integriti so the security operation moves forward without starting from scratch.
We install Inner Range across offices, warehouses, education, healthcare and licensed venues, and it is one of the platforms we recommend where a site needs access control and intruder security working as one system, or where one organisation needs several sites managed together. Every system starts with a site assessment: how the site runs, who needs access where and when, and what the system needs to do in five years, then the platform and hardware are specified to match. It comes down to scale and what the system needs to do. Inception suits single sites that need access control and intruder security done properly with simple web-based management. Integriti suits larger sites and multi-site organisations that need advanced reporting, deeper integrations and enterprise user management. We install both, so our recommendation comes from the site assessment.
No. Inner Range systems have no lock-in licence fees: you pay once and use the software for life. Optional software maintenance agreements are available on Integriti for sites that want the latest updates and features, but they are not compulsory.
Yes. We service, support and expand existing Inception, Integriti and Concept 4000 systems, whether or not we installed them, and we plan Concept upgrades to the current platforms.
Inner Range is available through certified installers only. Our technicians are Inner Range certified, and we design, install, program and service Inner Range systems across Brisbane and South East Queensland.
