Micron isn’t sold in retail stores or online. The range is available only through licensed security integrators, and that is the point of the brand: every Micron system is specified, installed and configured by a qualified technician for the specific property.
If you have bought a property with a Micron camera system already in place, you can be confident it was installed by a professional. Either way, Alltronic can service, support and extend your Micron system, designed by our licensed technicians and backed by our own service department.

Black Diamond is Micron’s flagship line: 4K cameras for high-detail coverage, recorded and managed on Black Diamond Series IQ network video recorders. The recorders run from compact four-channel units suited to a home up to 128-channel systems for large commercial sites, with power over ethernet so each camera runs off a single cable.
The range covers camera types and lens options to suit each position, including Starlight low-light turret cameras from 5MP through to 4K 8MP for footage that holds up when you need to identify a face, a vehicle or a number plate. We specify the right camera for each position rather than fitting the same unit everywhere.
A Micron system records to a Micron network video recorder (NVR), sized to your camera count and how long you need footage kept. Live and recorded footage is available on your phone through the Micron IP Viewer app, which we configure and set up before we leave.
Micron for homes and businesses
For a home, Micron means clear, reliable coverage of entries, perimeter and outdoor living areas, on a professionally installed hardwired system rather than a boxed kit. We design the coverage from a site assessment and set up remote viewing so the house is on your phone wherever you are. Micron sits alongside the other professional camera systems we install for homes, and cameras are one part of the picture: our residential security systems hub covers the full range of what we install for homes, from CCTV and alarms to intercoms.
For a business, Micron CCTV means detailed footage across as many cameras as the site requires, recorded on one NVR with capacity to grow. We install Micron across shops, offices, warehouses and commercial sites, and design every system from a site assessment, the same approach as our commercial security camera work.
Micron’s own product range is security cameras. On the alarm side, Micron Alarms supplies Bosch alarm systems to professional installers rather than making an alarm range of its own. If you’re after an alarm system to run alongside Micron cameras, we install, monitor and service Bosch alarm systems across Brisbane and South East Queensland, and we can quote the cameras and the alarm together as one system.
We service, repair and upgrade existing Micron camera systems, whether we installed them or you inherited them with a property. We diagnose faults, fix recording and playback problems, reconnect app and remote viewing, and give you straight advice when an upgrade makes more sense than a repair. Older cameras can often be upgraded to higher resolution while keeping the parts of the system that are still doing their job.
Every Micron system we install is designed by our licensed technicians (Security Licence 4226262), quoted up front from a site assessment, and supported by our own service department. Cabling is run and terminated cleanly, the recorder is configured to your retention needs, and we fit a UPS so the system keeps recording through power interruptions. We have installed and maintained security systems across Brisbane and South East Queensland since 1992, and Micron is one of the professional camera brands we stand behind.
